TULSA, Okla. — Global Beverage Solutions, Inc. (OTCBB:GBVS) (“Global Beverage”) today announced it has completed the acquisition, pursuant to a merger transaction, of XStream Beverage Network of Maryland, Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of XStream Beverage Network, Inc. (OTCBB:XSBV) (“XStream Beverage”). Based in Jessup, Maryland, XStream Beverage Network of Maryland, Inc. (formally Master Distributors, Inc.) is a leading Mid-Atlantic New Age beverage distributor. The company had revenue of $10.2 million in 2005 with EBITDA of $426,000.

HONG KONG -(Dow Jones)- Soft-drink giant Coca-Cola Co. (KO) said Wednesday it plans to buy beverage producer China Huiyuan Juice Group Ltd. (1886.HK) for US$2.4 billion, in what will be the Atlanta-based company’s second-biggest acquisition ever.Coca-Cola said it will make an all-cash offer of HK$12.2 per Huiyuan share – or triple the stock’s last traded price of HK$4.14 before its shares were suspended.
