Beverage Bottling is one of the essentials when creating your energy drink, vitamin water or other new age beverage. It is not the most important thing but it is very important, especially when dealing with the costing and logistics of the whole project.

The cost for bottling will depend on several parameters. The most important will be:
-Minimum quantity - How many cases you will manufacture
-Type of container - Will you use a can or will you use a bottle
-Gas or no gas - Will your new beverage contain gas or not
These 3 points are the most important determinants in calculating your bottling costs. For example, cans have a higher minimum quantity than bottles because you have to print on the cans. When you use bottles you just print labels so it’s easier to add labels to a few bottles greatly reducing your minimum quantities. Using gas on your product reduces where you can manufacture because only the larger facilities can add gas to your product.
If you want to bottle smaller quantities you have to compromise. No cans, no gas. If you have higher minimums, let’s say from 5,000 to 8,000 cases then you can do whatever you want!
